Services Centre and Technical Support

At Myrtle we pride our self on the level of service and technical support we offer.

Each engineer is in constant contact with both each other and the service desk. This is done through advanced digital telemetry systems and vehicle management tracking. This allows all our engineers to have accurate information at their fingertips detailing every installation/ breakdown and its current status.

This system means that all your data is logged and recorded accurately giving you peace of mind that your requests are being monitored closely to ensure a swift response to all your technical requirements.

Further to this all our engineer are fully barista trained and take great pride in ensuring every drink that is produced from our machines is to the highest standard. This also allows us to offer tailor made training to each customer at the point of installation. Further training can also be offered on site or at our "Barista Training School".

Servicing of your espresso equipment is vital to ensure not only the equipment operates to its full potential but the consistency and standard of drinks being produced are of the highest quality. At Myrtle we can offer a service or assist with as boiler inspection on all makes and models of espresso machine on the market.
